From Poochera on the Eyre Hwy head west along Streaky Bay Rd for 8km to a small track called Mulga Rd, the site is about 1.5km south at a stock yard with a track heading east into the woodland. There is good woodland to the east and semi-cleared farmland to the west.

Camp rating 6 this is a little used road, this is not an established campsite.
