Valley south of Kingfisher Camp Qld

Survey Point Valley south of Kingfisher Camp Qld
Latitude -17.9266700 (17° 55′ 36″ S)
Longitude 138.2933300 (138° 17′ 36″ E)

About 8km south of the now defunct Kingfisher Camp on the short-cut between Hell’s Gate and Adels Grove there is a disparity over public access to this road. There is a deep river crossing at Lawn Hill Ck at the southern end of the track so is best approached from that end. The woodland in the valley is good and the spinifex laden hillsides look good too.

No camping is advised here as the owner of the land has become averse to tourists.
