Access is from Toodyay Rd about 21km SW of Toodyay, up Morangup Rd for 5km to the signposted entrance to the park. There are day fees as well as camping fees. The camp is disappointing as there is no access to the Avon River, but many people have walked down the track and crossed over the railwayline to get to the river by foot.
