At the junction with the Ripon Hills Rd about 151km east of marble Bar, there is dry sparse grassy woodland away from the mess the roadmakers have left behind. There are large clumps of spinifex here which may hold Spinifexbird.
Camp rating 3 it’s a common spot for the mining trucks to stop at, but there are some small tracks to get you off the junction, there is no established camp here.
