About 6km north of the Ranken Rd junction, there is a shelter here with a tap, the water is not drinkable, but a tub under it collects water that may have birds coming into drink from it. Otherwise there are a few trees dotted around the sparse habitat. After heavy rains a wetland may form in the low lying areas.

Camp rating 3 apart from the shelter and tap there is nothing else here right by the roadside.
