About 36km west of Tumbling Waters on the Cox Peninsula Rd, Bynoe Harbour Access Rd heads west, about 6km along that, the track to Pioneer Settlement heads SW, it’s unmarked, 4wd is just about necessary to make your way down the long track to the settlement of humpies. There’s a small beach here with mangroves on either side, the scrub is a bit tired around the settlement. There are no facilities here.
