Between Savage River and Waratah a small track leads down to the start of the walk. It’s a fair walk down and can take 1.5-2hrs The falls that are named after one of the early colourful settlers in the area, are nothing spectacular but the walk down through the forest is one of the most enchanting walks through a forest I’ve been on. Highly recommend it, particularly during fungus season March-June.

Camp rating 5 it’s possible to prop in the carpark for the falls , this is not an established camp, there are no toilets
