Along the Wilcannia-Wanaaring Rd about 20km north of the junction with the road to White Cliffs, a signposted road leads about 3km to a lookout over the lake. As with all these ephemeral lakes, when there’s water in them, they are a magnet for birdlife, otherwise it’s the dry country birds hanging in there, there is a bit of woodland here to help them through.
No camping is allowed here
