Off the Balladonia Rd, the peak is about 590m above sea level, the climb is obviously less. It is a steep untouristy scramble up a reasonably well defined trail through excellent shrubby heathland. I was 60yo when I last did it and it took me 1 3/4hrs for the ascent. The problem is that it is very remote and a 4wd is necessary to travel the access tracks, particularly from the south. Well worth the effort, I rate is as one of my favourite spots on earth.
