On the Stuart Hwy about 43km north of Adelaide River township, the signposted road leads about 3km west into the car park. There is a mixture of parkland and bushland on the edge of the lake here, the best spot for bush birds is a promontory to the west of the car park and on the wooden bridge over the shallow gully to get there.
No camping is allowed here
