On the Boort-Yando Rd at the river crossing at the locality of Canary Island South, there is good habitat along the banks of the river and along the road. The river is small but usually has some water in it if no flow.
Camp rating 7 a small track to the SW is the best spot. There is no established camp and no facilities.
