On the Great Northern Hwy about 35km north of Warmun, a rocky hill dominates the area here. The park bay is across the road from Lissadell Rd to the north, and is a popular spot for trucks to stop overnight. There’s quite good open grassy woodland here on the lower slope of the rocky hill, and around Lissadell Rd even more open grassland.
Camp rating 3 this site is a popular spot for trucks to stop at, a dirt track will get you out of their way, it’s right by the road with no facilities.
