Some 10km south of Timber Creek township on the Great Northern Hwy, the Bullita Rd heads south towards Gregory NP, in the park about 37km south of the highway the track to Limestone Gorge heads west, it’s 9km into campsite where the site is based. Most of the track in is easy, but near the end the track is in a rough creekbed, not suitable for 2wd. The Baines River runs by the site and there is a billabong in the smaller creek. There is excellent habitat here. There is no access during the wet season.
