On the Goldfields Hwy about 32km north of Leinster the site is on the south side of the usually dry lake. 4wd is necessary to get off the road on the small track that leads east to a fence. The lake and sandy scrublands are in good condition.
Camp rating 3, 4wd is necessary to get off the road, you can’t get far because of the fence, there is no shade. This is not an established campsite.
