About 1km west of Laanecoorie settlement over the Loddon River Laanecoorie Rd heads south, the site is about 1.5km along the road just north of the crossing of an arm of the reservoir. There is a track down to the lake’s edge. There are no facilities. There is good woodland in the surrounds, there is usually some water in the reservoir.
