On the west side of the park, access is off the Wittenoom-Nanutarra Rd, down a 2km road to a carpark that has facilities. It is then a short but steep walk down into the gorge where there are usually pools and waterfalls after rains.
No camping is allowed here, but a free Hamersley Gorge camp is opposite the access track of the main road just to the north.
