Gwydir River Newell Hwy NSW

About 9km NE of Moree, access is from the NW where a farm track leads back to the river. A disappointingly small strip of vegetation lines the river banks where the birds have to cram into. There is a small river flat downstream and a track under the road bridge gives access to upstream.

Camp rating 6 the best spot is on the river flat, but it can be inundated during floods, there is some space above the bank there is also an area on the south side of the river off the highway.
