On the Kakadu Hwy about 58km from Cooinda or 50km from the Mary River Roadhouse, there is a drop toilet here at the cheaper end of the NP campsites. A walking track leads down to the South Alligator River which is the best habitat, then up to a lookout over the campsite.
Camp rating 8, this is the cheapest of the national park campsites in the park, but all you get is a drop toilet
