West off Mackay on the Eungella Rd  at Finch Hatton Gorge Rd is signposted north to the gorge. The site is at the carpark for the walking track into the  rainforest, there is also Finch Hatton Ck near, and the road is also worth walking.

Camp rating 7 there is no camping in the carpark but if you come out of the national park there are a few flat spots by the road, there is no established camp here and is best suited to small self contained vehicles.
