Survey Point Everton Hills Vic
Latitude -36.3675000 (36° 22′ 3″ S)
Longitude 146.5655500 (146° 33′ 56″ E)

This is private property and where I cut my teeth as a bird surveyor, it’s farmland on a ridge, that’s surrounded by forest with some woodland on the slopes on the property, importantly the land has never been fertilised making for quality grassland.
