There are two ways in here, one is through Newman the other is through the Telfer mine, both require 4wd and experience in remote area travel. At the northern end of the NP a track leads down to the SE that ends at the camping area at the pools. A gorge then leads up to the west with a string of pools, some which may have good enough quality water to swim in. The pools are probably permanent. There are no facilities and no walking track past the first pool. This is a remote area with very few people visiting it so careful preparation is needed.
