About 9km south of Erldunda on the Stuart Hwy. There are often pools here during the wet season, but they can quickly dry out, leaving a seared landscape, the pool to the east of the road is not accessible to cattle so is the better one for birds, the larger pool to the west is accessible to cattle but can still be worth searching. Away from the creek there is good habitat on the embankments above the road.
Camp rating 2 down the old road on the west side. It’s right by the road with no shade and no services.
