Access is off Turrung St about 3.5km west of Burnie. The site is a free camp but the camper must have a self contained toilet, the council does check. It’s all open area around the coast including a messy ex-commercial area. There have been several iterations of artificial Penguin nests made many with some success.

Camp rating 7 It is necessary to have a toilet in your self contained vehicle to camp here, no tents allowed.
