From Mt Barker Muir’s Hwy heads west, about 12km along Mount Barker Rd heads SW, about 15km along that Blue Lake Rd heads west. The site is about 19km along that. 4wd is recommended with some sandy roads. The lake is shallow so may dry up, surrounding it is some good sedgeland and around that excellent woodland with some nice roads to walk along.
