On the north side of town the site is on the Mitchell Hwy about 2km to the SE of where the road crosses the Darling River. The billabongs here may or may not have water in them. Access is from the south side where tracks lead down beside the bridge over the billabong. Away from the billabong it’s sparse grassy woodland.
