This site is a birding hot spot, and a must see if you are in the area. It’s off Commercial Rd in the north end of town. Permission to walk the ponds is necessary, and can be attained from on site. Just before you go into the ponds on the left hand side are some fields and scrub that should be checked too, and a track leads east beside the ponds from the gate that is worth a walk.
