On Scartwater Rd which is off The Gregory Hwy south of Charters Towers, there’s nothing remarkable about this woodland site at first sight, but the birds love this place, and I think it’s to do with the richness and diversity of the undergrowth here.
Camp rating 5 there is no established campsite here and little scope to get off the road
