On the Birdsville Track, the yards are off to the east. There is a depression here known as Tipandranara Lake that is associated with the Burke and Wills relief expedition led by McKinley who notes it in his diary. There isn’t much to see. There is a vague creekline here with some trees, and quite good ground cover for so close to cattle yards.
