About 5km west of Timber Creek along the Victoria Hwy, the airstrip is down a small track to the north, just before the signpost to the tip and lookout. It is about a 2km walk around the perimeter track around the outside of the airfield. Please do not enter the airfield or block the entrance gate. There is excellent habitat around the edge of the strip with a wetland that lasts well into the dry season between the strip and the road.
