On the Egerton-Ballark Rd about 5km south of Mount Egerton settlement, Thymes rd heads west, as it turns the bend a small track leads off towards the dam. The track ends at the site. The car park is fenced off with no access to the dam or surrounds, there are no facilities here. Thymes Rd is also a dead end.
